Plugins break. Servers need patching. Students hit issues at 10pm on a Sunday. Payment failures need chasing. And every week without a performance review means you are flying blind on what is actually working in your funnel.

What is included

This is not a support ticket system. Every item below is delivered proactively, every month, for every Balanita Manage client.

Platform maintenance and updates

LMS core updates, plugin and theme updates, bug fixes, and course content integrity checks — all tested before deployment. Nothing goes live untested.

VPS server management

Uptime monitoring, monthly security patches, daily automated backups, SSL renewal, and server performance review. Your server is watched continuously.

Technical support

Dedicated WhatsApp and email channel. Business hours response for all technical issues. Student-facing problems triaged and resolved on your behalf.

Monthly performance review

A written report delivered by the 5th of every month. Platform health, funnel performance, enrollment drop-off analysis, and specific recommendations for the next 30 days.

Funnel and platform optimisation

Sales page tweaks, enrollment flow improvements, email sequence adjustments, and one minor platform change per month — included in scope, no extra charge.

Course and content updates

Upload and publish new lessons, update existing content, manage student groups, and update certificate templates — on your instruction.

What counts as a minor change:
Adding a quiz, adjusting a course sequence, updating a sales page section, reconfiguring an email trigger, adding a new user role. Anything requiring significant build time — a new course structure, a new sales page from scratch, or a new gateway integration — is scoped and quoted separately.

Server management is included in the retainer price. You pay one invoice. No separate server bill.

Annual plan:

Pay 11 months, get 12 — billed upfront at a 10% discount. Annual clients are prioritised for platform upgrades and new feature rollouts.

Monthly plan:

No upfront payment. Billed on the 1st of each month throughout the commitment period.

Minimum commitment:

6 months. After the minimum term, the retainer rolls month to month until cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Contract terms

Simple terms. No surprises.

The minimum commitment is 6 months. This gives us enough time to stabilise, optimise, and show measurable results. Month-to-month is not available within the minimum period.

After the minimum term, the retainer continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days written notice. No penalty for cancellation after the minimum term.

No upfront payment is required on the monthly plan. The annual plan is billed upfront at a 10% discount.
