Monthly Retainer process

Discovery call 30 minutes. We understand your situation, goals, and confirm Balanita Grow is the right fit.

Strategy session 90-minute deep-dive to map your current position, identify the primary growth constraint, and set the focus areas for the retainer.

Step 02

Kick-off Monthly session schedule confirmed. Dedicated communication channel set up. First 30-day priorities agreed.

Step 03

Delivery Monthly strategy sessions. Written recommendations after each session. On-demand input between sessions.

Quarterly review Roadmap reviewed every quarter. Progress measured. Direction adjusted for the next 90 days.

Discovery call 30 minutes. We define the project scope, agree on the deliverable, and confirm timeline.

That is Balanita Launch. Strategy and implementation are separate engagements — but they are designed to work together.

Platform maintenance and support

That is Balanita Manage. Balanita Grow focuses on business strategy, not day-to-day platform management.

Content creation and copywriting

We advise on content strategy. Writing the content is the client's responsibility or a separate engagement.

Ad campaign management

We advise on paid traffic readiness and strategy. Running campaigns is outside this scope.
